Saturday, November 7, 2009 † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † † Psalms 85 10 Steadfast love and faithfulness meet; righteousness and peace kiss each other. 11 Faithfulness springs up from the ground, and righteousness looks down from the sky. 13 Righteousness will go before him and make his footsteps a way. In good, in bad times, lift your troubles unto God and you can be sure that He will lift them off you. Matthew 11 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Life is never meant to be smooth sailing. If life was, nobody would cherish the good times and the bad times. It's that bad times that enhances the joy we receive during the good times. Going through problems is like rocks constantly being grinded. And it is this very grinding action that smoothens us. We become stronger with every problem we overcome. Be thankful not only during the good times, but be thankful for the opportunity that you get to go through the bad times, because God will reward you for your faithfulness. God's blessings don't increase in addition, they increase in multiplications, in folds. Bear no grudges for who are you to bear grudges when God haven't beared grudges on you. It's a decision to come to Christ, it's an option. God gives us the priviledge to choose, and to decide for ourselves. But every decision has it's consequences, be it good or bad. Coming to Christ has made me a more thankful person, a person of greater joy. I come to Christ not because I'm forced, I come because I have decided. This decision proves to be a decision I won't regret. I give my tithes, because I know that I can trust God with the 90% of my money. Giving that 10% as holy offerings, I pray and believe that God will make my remaining 90% holy too. 10% is like the roots of a tree. If the roots is healthy, the tree will be healthy. But if the roots is broken and spoilt, the whole tree will not produce good fruits because its main part is already dead. A faith that is not tested is not true faith. True faith comes when your faith is tested and you remain unwavered. You can't be sure of anything, until you've been tested. Tests are what teaches us what we know and what we don't. Tests help us to see where we stand. Only when we are put to test, then can we be sure of where we stand. Constant tests and constant unwavering affirms us and keep us standing firmer and firmer. Don't be afraid of failures, because failures are what makes us stronger. Champions are not people who don't fail, champions are people who never gives up. Nobody starts off as a champion. It's all hardwork and determination. In the business realm, we don't get to the highest jobs immediately, it's all about experience and hardwork. People are hiring mangers with the preference of having experience rather than new. Some things cannot be taught, they have to be gone through over and over again. Until we experience things, then can we truly learn. Proverbs 28 20 A faithful man will abound with blessings, but whoever hastens to be rich will not go unpunished. †God† Is Always With Me Even On Saturday, November 07, 2009
