We were late! Argh .. but nevermind. We got in a sang some praise and worship song and everything i listen to this song , i could feel God's presence. It was great. It was a night for youth. EDGE. It was great! We jumped around , we stood there at the presence of God . We were priviledged to catch BY2 's performance and they were great. Of course , our BY3 weren't as good , but i believe it has a future =P After service , we took the stairs UP 4 floors.. 8 fleets of stairs. Phew that was rather tiring.. Then we celebrated XinYan's birthday! It was much fun.. Then this was when God's plan for me becomes tangible proof. We then proceeded to the fourth floor by the lift and we sat down at Jill Lowe's place i think? There was a sushi bar! Wow.. Yea.. The place was great.. There were great pictures there. I was amazed at the beauty of the nature taken by the photographer. So i just stood with my bunch of friends and i could caught a glimpse of Jill Lowe's face and immediately recognized it as XinYing's face! It was so alike that i couldn't believe it.. So yea.. Then she walked around looking for people with the face she wants and stuff like that.. Doing that , she looked lost.. But it was great.. So i just stood there =) Then she came over to me and i smiled at her and she smiled back and asked if i could remove my spectacles , and so i did. Then she looked for a second and told her secretary "Boy Next Door" . Then her secretary proceeded to taking down my name and handphone number. After that , i realised that only 7 people were selected to join. 3 of 7 of them were from my cell group! So she started explaining what she was going to do. She was going to write a book on Imaging and explained about her theory. A person with what type of look , what type of skin colour should where what colour shirt and can meet what type of person with the looks. So i was rather interested in this because it was my first time being so priviledged to become famous in a book! I remained eye contact with her throughout and she kept eye contact with me like 70% of the time when she was talking to everyone of us. It was rather awkward , but i could really feel the connection. She even praised me of my jacket and told me that i should wear white because i was the type of boy who should wear white. And i was wearing my jacket! She said to me that during the photo taking , i should try to bring a brown or gold shirt and i'm probably going to bring my jacket + my converse T-shirt which is mainly white + gold designs. I'll see how it goes. The photo taking will probably be on a Friday which means i have to be absent from CCA. After that , we were dismissed and i went back slacking around with my friends. Then we went to a nearby coffee shop and had our dinner there. I ate chicken cullet rice with Brian and we saw what seemed like the most disgusting thing ever and we even made a song for that scene =.= Anyway , what happened was that the person in front of us ordered chicken wings.. Then , the woman who was cooking it , accidentally dropped it on some water which obviously contaminated the chicken! Guess what she did.. JUST FRY IT! The person in front of us didn't seem to care o.O Anyway , i gave up eating the rice because the rice was ... just wierd.. Anyway , after that , me , brian and alex took a taxi home , Swee Xiang sponsering $16. The estimated cost of $22 and it turned out $25. Then we paid for the ride and we split roads with brian at the MRT . Walked home with Alex and he walked me home after i persuaded him that walking from my block was always the faster way =P Then i was so excited that i couldn't really catch much of sleep .. Not sure is it because i'm going to become a model or i just didn't sleep well.. My eyes sure felt sore in the morning. But now i'm alright =) Praise the Lord. To sum everything up , i really want to thank God for everything that he has done for me and he has been great all these times. He never once failed me and always gives more than i ask for. I think a great example was that i was praying to do well for my EOY and A Shot To Fame and now , God gives me the opportunity to become famous ! Hallelujah. To end this post , i want to thank God once again for the things that he had provided me that i could probably not have it. Praise the Lord. Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.' When he had said this, he showed them his hands and feet. And while they still did not believe it because of joy and amazement, he asked them, 'Do you have anything here to eat?' They gave him a piece of broiled fish, and he took it and ate it in their presence." The presence of God is very tangible. God is always with you. He is like the air. Although you don't see air , it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. The same thing for God. He is with you at all times , even if you aren't a believer. He is knocking the door of your heart , waiting patiently for you to let him enter. He is only good , never bad. Open your heart for once and believe in him. Through Him , He gives your the power to do things. John 20:27-29 "Then he said to Thomas, 'Put your finger here and see my hands. Put your hand into the wound in my side. Don't be faithless any longer. Believe!' 'My Lord and my God!' Thomas exclaimed. Then Jesus told him, 'You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who haven't seen me and believe anyway.'" Have faith in God , He is the one who can ressurect you from the dead and give you the power to do things. He is the one who can heal us. He is there by us at all times. He only asks of you simple things which he has given to you. John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made." John 3:36 "Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him." God may be merciful , but he is not to those who don't believe in him and rejects Him. He is a forgiving God , forgiving everything you do if you repent , He will show His wrath and show no mercy to those who oppose him. So make your decision to live for eternity or experience eternal death in the lake of fire. God is always right and he has no benefits lying to you. A simple act of believing and giving to God , is sufficient. So start opening your hearts, and invite Him by believing and putting your trust in Him by saying a simple prayer. Dear Heavenly Father to you I pray, thank you for your love today. You are the God of power and might,all things happen in your sight. You are my Maker and my King,I love you more than anything. Of all my sins forgive me please,as I forgive my enemies. Help me love everyone I know,with the same love that you show. May your Spirit my heart fill,help me know and do your will. Thank you that Jesus died for me,to give me life and make me free. Be with those that suffer grief,use me to bring joy and relief. Sustain all those that work for you,bless my family and friends too. Give me all the things I need,keep me free from hate and greed. May your kingdom of truth and grace,this bad world soon replace. May your will on earth be done,Your plan for all is a perfect one. We should put our trust in Him and believe in Him in whatever we do. Hey guys , I'm back for a little while.. I've just made the decision of my life like.. 15 minutes ago.. I decided to join A Shot To Fame! I've decided to go by faith and I believe that God will guide and help me to pass it well =) God is good. The provider of all , the lover of people. Well anyway , i'll be doing a solo singing category. I chose to join this competition mainly due to see where i stand in terms of singing and to thoroughly overcome my fear of singing on stage although i've not tried it yet.. I believe God is by me at all times and He will comfort me , allowing me to do well. However, right now , the problems i face in this songs are only a certain parts which my 'ying' cannot go high enough.. Maybe i'll just sing one or 2 keys lower.. Your will be done. Not my will but yours be done. God has his plans for us and if we do consistent praying , I believe and trust that He will be faithful to me and lead me out of temptation and guide me like how a father teaches his son. Went fishing with Brian and Alex yesterday after cell group all the way till 2 am.. We went fishing at the fishing pond and was catching milk fish.. WITH GARDENIA BREAD?! LOL Let's see.. Some dumb pictures..  Fancy eating at fish & co. ... I got you guys fish&co. in the BIN! Now now.. What do you eat at fish & co.? Fish and CHIPS of course.. Check out the chip on the fish! I give you.. FISH AND CHIP! Ahh well .. then i went home and slept and today.. WE FOUND ANTS IN OUR CUPBOARD WTF!
Sick isn't it.. There was like 100 over of them crawling around.. Gruesome.. I suspect there's the mega ant hive somewhere.. IN MY ROOM... SHIT... Ah well.. Damn ants.. I'll go buy a lizard and eat you all up =P
