It's my first time and I'm really excited. I know that there will be challenges ahead of me , but i shall do my best and show God my sacrifice. Hopefully , it will be answered and by faith , i believe it will. God , i hope you can see my sacrifice. Help me to not live in the human body , but in the spirit. Teach me to not feel the hunger in me , but convert that bodily hunger into a hunger for you , God. God , have mercy on my body , please don't let it take too much harsh. This is my first time fasting , please God , help me tide through this event. Let this first fast bring forth many more fasts , answer my prayers as I ask of them , Lord i know that you may not answer my prayers some times , but Lord , i want to show you my sincerity by fasting tomorrow for certain things.
